  • Can we bring food on the party busses, limousines, or shuttle busses?

    Food is allowed on the buses. If food gets in the bars, on the seats, or on the floors a cleaning fee will be assessed. This fee can vary, depending on the severity of the mess left behind. We suggest eating food and snacks off the bus to ensure no additional food cleaning charges will be assessed.

  • At what point does my reservation begin and end?

    Your reservation starts at your scheduled pickup time. Your trip ends once the last patron exits the bus. Please allow yourself time to clean up and gather your belongings as you leave the bus.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours for the party bus rental? 

    Yes and No. Usually, there is a 4-hour minimum all week, but this will depend on vehicle availability and scheduling. Please call to find out about our minimum hourly party bus rentals or submit a quote request below.

  • What is the deposit to rent the party bus?

    We require a deposit of $350 to reserve. This is only an authorization on the card and gets charged if there are any cleanup, overtime, or damages. This will show as pending on your end. The full balance is due in cash or cashier’s check at the time of arrival. If you want to pay the full balance with a credit card, there’s a 4% processing fee.

    If you decide you want to cancel, there would be a 10% non-refundable booking fee as long as you cancel more than 14 days before your event. If you cancel with less than 14 days, you lose the $350 deposit. With less than 7 days before your reservation, there are no cancellations and you’ll be held liable for the full amount in the contracted price.

  • Are gratuities included for the driver?

    Yes, the prices we quote out for our party buses, limousines, and shuttle buses are all-inclusive of tax, tip, and fuel costs. If you feel like your chauffeur has gone above and beyond, we suggest that you leave an additional tip.
